Night Protocol LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the domains listed at the end of this document (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Platform is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take prompt steps to delete such information and terminate the associated account. If you believe a minor has provided information to the Platform, please contact us immediately.

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us as provided in Section 12.
11. International Users
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your home country. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer and processing.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, through notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
